1. General Information HappyClaws is an e-commerce store dedicated to selling pet accessories and products. Our goal is to offer quality products along with a safe, transparent, and reliable shopping experience.
2. Purchase Requirements By making a purchase, you declare that: you are 18 years of age or older, or have authorization from your legal guardian; the information provided is truthful and up to date; and you are authorized to use the payment method used.
3. Products We continuously work to display photographs, colors, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, due to differences between devices or manufacturing updates by our suppliers, minor variations may exist in: color, size, materials, packaging, and design. These differences do not constitute a product defect.
4. Availability All products are subject to inventory availability. HappyClaws may cancel a purchase when: the product is out of stock, there are obvious pricing errors, or availability issues with our suppliers are detected. In such cases, the customer will receive the corresponding refund.
5. Prices All published prices are in Chilean pesos (CLP), unless otherwise indicated. HappyClaws may modify prices and promotions without prior notice. Changes will not affect already confirmed orders.
6. Payment Methods We accept the payment methods available during the checkout process. Payment processing is handled through secure external platforms. HappyClaws does not store bank card information.
7. Shipping Orders will be processed once payment is confirmed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to: carrier, weather conditions, high demand, force majeure events, and international logistics delays. HappyClaws will not be responsible for delays caused by third parties once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
8. Exchanges and Returns The applicable conditions are detailed in our Returns Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.
9. Warranty When a product has manufacturing defects or arrives damaged, HappyClaws will manage a solution in accordance with its Returns Policy.
10. Use of the Website The user agrees to use this site for lawful purposes only. The following are prohibited: providing false information; attempting to breach the site's security; interfering with the platform's operation; making fraudulent purchases; and using site content without authorization.
11. Intellectual Property All site content — including the logo, photographs, texts, design, HappyClaws brand, and graphics — is the property of HappyClaws or its respective rights holders and is protected by applicable law. It may not be reproduced without prior written authorization.
12. Limitation of Liability HappyClaws will be liable in accordance with applicable law for the products sold. It will not be responsible for: misuse of products; damage caused by use other than recommended; incorrect information provided by the customer; delays attributable to shipping companies; or force majeure events.
13. Privacy Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information provided by our customers will be used solely to process orders, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.
14. Modifications HappyClaws may update these Terms of Service when necessary. Changes will take effect upon publication on the website.
15. Applicable Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute will be resolved in accordance with Chilean law before the competent courts.
16. Additional Information Some products sold by HappyClaws are shipped directly from domestic or international logistics centers. As a result, delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on supplier availability, customs processes, and the carrier. In the event of extraordinary delays, our team will keep the customer informed and manage the best possible solution.
